Wright Brothers Take Off

To begin with the fact the wright brothers invented something that can fly in the air is amazing. The fact they made the first airplane ever is even more amazing. Thing about the first car ever made. There was no working model to work off of. It is an amazing skill to be innovative but to be an inventor is something else. I admire people who can make something out of nothing. I admire that neither of them went to college and still did more with their life than some doctors will today. Many people think that college is what makes you successful but it is truly hard work and passion. If you have passion and hard work at the end of the day you will eventually get somewhere. What I admire least about the audience that they sometimes are not given credit for having the first flying plane. Do to a catapult sending them into the air some people argue that it does not count as flying. Some argue that a man in Brazil actually flew the first plane in 1906. The brothers on the other hand refused to give their plane to the Smithsonian for many years. These entrepreneurs started a whole way of life. Without planes people would take a lot longer to get anywhere. There would also be so many less jobs no flight attendants, plane directors, or even pilots. What confused me is how these brothers knew so much and never went to college. School and education has changed so much and when I graduated two springs ago I know I would not have been able to build my own plane that could fly. If I could ask the Wright brothers two questions one would be why did they not build a seat for the plane? Did it mess with flying in the air or did they not take the time to build one? Another question I would ask is how were they not scared to crash the first time. At the end of the day Orville’s life was on the line but he still took the risk. I feel the Wright brothers only know what hard work was. There was no going back in time for them, they wanted to make history. It shows you that hard work pays off. Since the brothers we know have fighting jets, Rocket ships, planes to carry passengers, ect. Overall the Wright brothers have convinced me yet again to get out there and invent something that could change the world forever.
